No guarantee of timelines or outcomes

Processing time for licences and consents depends on each department, the completeness of the file, inspections and local practice. We prepare complete files, reply to queries promptly and follow up regularly, but we do not control government officers or guarantee how long an approval will take, or that it will be issued.

Quotes and government fees

Our professional fee is agreed in writing for a defined scope. Government fees, challans, testing charges and similar costs are paid at actuals and shown separately. Figures mentioned on the website are illustrative and may change. A quote is not a contract until both sides agree the scope in writing.

Your plant, your responsibility

You remain responsible for the accuracy of information and documents you give us, for operating the plant within the law, and for meeting conditions attached to any licence or consent. We are not the licence holder and we are not a substitute for your own compliance systems once approvals are in place, unless a written annual compliance plan says otherwise.

Links to government portals and other websites are provided for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. Filing on a government portal is subject to that department’s rules.

Franchise and co-packing notices
